Our shipping and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as herbs, flowers, pomade or mentioned products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@wholisticlyfe.com and send your item to: 9528 Miramar Rd. Unit #6135 San Diego, CA 92126.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

We now offer express shipping from FedEx and USPS. If placed before 3pm cst, your order will go out that same day. These services are delivered Monday – Friday. Saturday delivery is available in certain areas. FedEx Standard Overnight is only available for Saturday pickup.
FedEx First Overnight: Delivery the next business day by 8 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 9 a.m. or 9:30 a.m. to most areas.FedEx Priority Overnight: Delivery the next business day by 10:30 a.m. to most businesses in the contiguous U.S. by noon to residences and 5:00 p.m. to some rural areas.FedEx Standard Overnight: Next-business-day delivery by 5:00 p.m. to U.S. businesses and by 8 p.m. to residences.FedEx 2Day A.M: Delivery in 2 business days by 10:30 a.m. to U.S. businesses and by noon to residences.FedEx 2Day: 2-Day shipping and getting your package there by the end of the second business day. Packages will arrive by 5:00 p.m. to most areas and by 8 p.m. to residences.FedEx Express Saver: Deliveries arrive at businesses by 5:00 p.m. and residences by 8 p.m.
USPS Priority Express: 1 to 2-Day shipping.
FedEx International Next Flight: Fast international shipping on the next available flight.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order number. That lets you know that we have your order in our system.
Please note that the processing and shipping times mean two different things. Processing is the time it takes for us to fill and wrap your order. Shipping starts when we drop off or when the shipping company comes to pick up your order.
Once the order has been shipped, you will get an updated notification sent to your email. FedEx or USPS may fail to deliver your package if your address is incomplete or an apartment number is missing. In this case, we are not responsible for the failure, so please double-check your address. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
